We are looking to recruit an Estimator to ensure that all estimated costs on damaged vehicles are submitted to insurance assessors
Main Responsibilities:
• Administration, Additionals, Assessments, liaising with different stakeholders/insurance companies
• Estimate quotations on all damaged vehicles
• Ensure visual inspection of damaged vehicle is conducted with customer upon arrival
• Conduct basic estimation on damage of vehicle
• Establish accurate vehicle damage using Audatex
• Additionals on vehicles
• Part pricing and sourcing
• Dealing with insurance companies as well as Assessors
• Follow up on quotes done
• Submit accurate estimated repair quote to insurance house timeously
• Ensure internal repair quotation is approved by ARC Manager and Insurance house
• Submit approved repair quotation to workshop
• Accurate submission of quotes
• Knowledge of quoting system i.e. Audatex
• Strong Automotive knowledge compulsory
• 5+ Years in Auto Body Repair industry compulsory
• Abuntex, Vantage, Freeway, Net asses, Professional claims knowledge will be an advantage

As Lead Spray Painter, you will be responsible for spraying each layer according to specifications and managing each project on time and within budget.
To ensure success as a spray painter, you should have excellent hand-eye coordination, and strong attention to detail.
You will be responsible for managing paint shop team members and therefore must be reliable, have good work ethic and have excellent workmanship qualitiesResponsibilities:
Perform preparation works and vehicle spray painting jobs
Preparing auto parts and other car components prior to performing spray painting job
Administer mixing of colors to ensure color matching on all new and old vehicle body applications
Carry out spray painting and polishing works in accordance with Companies SOP
Maintain consistent high quality of work performance
Ensuring equipment is kept clean after each day to ensure it is ready for the next jobManaging time effectively
Supervise and control Paint shop
Manage staff and productivity
Requirements:
Qualified spray painter Red Seal
Extensive water base experience
Vehicle spray painter experience
Excellent hand-eye coordination
In-depth knowledge of spraying techniques
Ability to see subtle color differences
Experience with breathing masks and protective clothing
Have a passion for their work and can deliver quality results.
Medically fit and Ability to stand for long periods
Time management skills
Can work under pressure and maintain quality performance
Should have own reliable transport
Good knowledge of paint mixing techniques and be able to produce even, hard-wearing coatings that exactly match the colors and finishes requested.
