Statement of Condolences from the Altitude Navion Display Team.
It is with profound sadness that we have learned of the passing of our fellow aviator and friend, Andrew Blackwood-Murray following the tragic accident during an aerobatic event in Durban last week.
Andrew was not only an exceptially skilled pilot but also a generous spirit whose passion for aviation inspired everyone who had the the privilege of flying with him or watching him perform. His professionalism, energy, and unwavering commitment to the aviation community leave behind a lasting legacy.
On behalf of the Altitude Navion Display Team, we extend our deepest condolences to Andrew's family, friends and loved ones during this difficult time. We share in your grief and hold you in our thoughts and prayers as you navigate this immense loss.
