Ford Figo 1.4 TDCI

The 1.4 TDCI Figo is the epitome of nippy and economical!
Big or small....we tune then all!! 😁

The factory specs are not exactly anything to write home about, but the vehicle is quite effective none the less.
That being said, there is room for improvement while improving on already impressive economy.

With a stage 1 tune including EGR delete, close to 40% power and 30% torque can be achieved safely and reliably with some phenomenal fuel consumption!
Not bad at all for such a small vehicle.

NEW NISSAN NAVARA 2.5DCI

We have been working on developing files for these beautiful vans for a while now, exceptional looks and handling coupled with hard to beat features makes these new Nissan Navara's a very very appealing package!!

Unfortunately they fall short of the competition being offered with the older Yd25 engine running at specs that are definitely not competitive to the New Hilux or Ford Ranger!!

Luckily Boostech has options for you to really safely and frugally spruce up your power and torque to offer a far better package over the stock vehicle and still achieve better fuel consumption!!

FORD RANGER 3.2 PERFECTION !!!

It’s well known that these Ford 3.2 engines are notoriously heavy on fuel!!

We have been running some long-term trials on several clients vehicles and have really started to see how much of a detriment the large catalytic converters have in ruining the effeciency of these engines!!

Choking up the exhaust gas with the massive cat builds up heat and makes the catalytic converter more effective at breaking down the Carbon monoxide in the exhaust BUT it also then harbors the heat that saturates the turbo and triggers a reduction in power from the EGT sensor that keeps these engines at safe combustion temperatures!!

Removing the catalytic converter has been making the world of difference for the guys with the 3.2 engine to really get the most efficient conditions possible which also goes hand in hand with cooler running turbo, less wear and tear and an overall healthier engine!!

NEW ISUZU 4JJ3 DMAX 3.0

All I can saw is WOW!!

These new 4JJ3 engines have surpassed many of our expectations when it comes to power outputs even in factory trim!!

As has been common on Toyota for some time the new Isuzu vans come WITHOUT DPF SYSTEMS OR CATALYTIC CONVERTERS from the factory!!

Great news for us - we can take full advantage of this and get a lot more cool and clean air through these engines with a stage 2 tune and EGR being deleted to get them thriving and impressing from day 1!!

We have not seen a single client that hasn't been extremely impressed with the mapping and every client has also seen substantial savings on fuel, Isuzu has done it again!! 😎
