Dear Valued Clients,
Please take note of an important change regarding private vehicle quotations.
Due to the increasing number of private quotations we prepare, many of which do not result in the vehicle being repaired at Auto Body Experts, Management has decided that from now on, a quotation fee of R150.00 will apply to all private quotations.
Preparing an accurate quotation takes time, experience and resources from our team. We carefully inspect the vehicle, assess the required repairs, source and price parts, calculate labour and prepare a detailed quotation.
We understand that customers may want to compare quotations before making a decision, and we completely respect that. However, the time and effort involved in preparing these quotations need to be covered.
🔴 Private Quotation Fee: R150.00
The fee will apply to private work only and is effective immediately.
