A previously disadvantaged Golf 5 TDI that was suffering with boost issues which got progressively worst was quickly sorted out.

We found the vnt basket to be clogged with carbon and damaged, we reconditioned the turbo and car left with zero boost issues

Replaced the oil and oil filter aswell as a thermostat housing that was leaking

And we are right back into it, Golf 7R came in for oil pressure issues

After some investigating we quickly found the issue

After a successful repair the customer opted for some mods

We added a 76mm stainless steel downpipe
Stage 2 software
Haldex service
DSG service
Haldex calibration
Oil change
