Distinctive Solutions (PTY) Ltd is a specialist Operational Excellence consulting firm which passionately engages with their clients to collaboratively extract added value from processes and people. DS believe that there are always areas to improve, making processes better and more robust, making jobs easier to execute, finding new ways to do new things that create value to the customers and to the organisation. We believe that organisational growth and enhancements is created from within, and that is way we focus on enabling value through empowerment.
Our focus – is shaped around injecting the operational excellence into the organisational DNA at the early stages of business cycle and aligning the efforts with the organisational strategy and objectives. It is the DS belief that improvement is a deliberate and planned event within any organisation and need to be accurately aligned and integrated into all parts of the organisation to be truly successful. The DS OE journey is based on 3 fundamental questions:
1. Play where – where should the valuable organisational resources be deployed and what should the focus on?
2. Win How – what is the designed roadmap and plan efforts for ex*****on, that will successfully drive and deliver the required improvements and transformational efforts.
3. What is needed – what are the skills, capability, capacity and attitudes needed to mobilize the efforts and sustain momentum on improvement for that will ensure the transformation.
