REPAIR COST
There are 2 ways of saving cost. The Value improvement cost saving and the Cost reduction. The Cost reduction usually results in cheapening the products. The Value improvement is aimed at cutting cost while at the same time continuing to surpass client’s expectations. We normally go for the Value improvement cost savings which is to make a systematic analysis of the entire cost structure with the objective of identifying and reducing those cost drivers that are necessary. We endeavour to keep repair costs to a minimum through prudent management and iproductively. We are prepared to discuss the most economically sensible approach to each customer’s repairs, if they so wish, suited to their personal requirements. SITE SECURITY
As a part of the high standard service we demand, we pride ourselves in the site security we offer. All vehicles on site are locked up in secure and alarm areas at night and on the weekend. Our site alarms are monitored by a privately owned security company. 24 hours in house security with 36 camera setup
RECOVERY
We have all our facilities for 24 hours recovery; we are capable of recovery all types of vehicles with our partner towing company; Farouk’s towing. We have 4 flatbed trucks available for our clients at any given time. QUALITY
Quality is defined as meeting or exceeding the needs of a customer. Therefor the goal of our business is to find out what the customer wants and fine tune the process to ensure that they get it. All our repairs carried out in our workshop have a 3 year workmanship and lifetime guarantee on the paint work. We are able to give our clients this knowing that the latest equipment and technology is available to us in order to carry out our repairs. TURNAROUND TIME
