Your car might be out of its warranty period, but that doesn't mean it deserves anything less than quality workmanship.

Whether it's a dent, scratched paintwork, bumper damage or accident repairs, Optimus Autobody specialises in out-of-warranty vehicle repairs.

Because getting your car looking its best shouldn't depend on how old it is.

Older car. Same Optimus standards.

No fancy setup today. Just a look behind the workshop doors.

Cars in.
Tools out.
Repairs underway.

And the Optimus team doing what they do best.

There’s always something happening behind the scenes, from the first strip-down to the final finishing touches.

Just another day at Optimus Autobody.

From “that’s going to need some attention…”
to “you’d never know it happened.”

Dents, scratches and scuffs repaired, the finish restored, and this Audi A1 is looking sharp again.

Another transformation complete at Optimus Autobody.

Quality workmanship, great communication and customer care from start to finish. That’s the Optimus way.

“It’s basically the same colour.”

Those are dangerous words in an autobody workshop.

Matching automotive paint isn't about finding something that looks close enough. Age, sun exposure, paint finish and even the way metallic particles sit can affect how a colour appears.

A repair can be beautifully straight, but if the colour doesn't blend properly...
you'll see it every single time you walk up to the car.

At Optimus Autobody, almost isn't the finish we're after.

- Proper preparation.
- Careful colour matching.
- A finish designed to blend seamlessly with the rest of your vehicle.

Because “close enough” belongs in horseshoes, not paintwork.

Long weekend loading…

Before the snacks go in, the playlist goes on and someone asks “Are we there yet?” approximately 14 minutes into the trip...

Give the car a quick once-over.

🛞 Check your tyres and pressures
💡 Check your lights
🌧️ Check your wipers
💧 Check your essential fluid levels
👀 And don't ignore anything that's been making a “weird noise” all week.

A few minutes before you leave could save you a very inconvenient roadside adventure.

Wherever you're headed this Heritage weekend, travel safely and enjoy the journey.

And remember, Optimus Autobody will be closed 24 & 25 September, reopening Monday 28 September.
