SERVICE MANAGER – SUZUKI ALBERTON
IPOP Motor Group is appointing an experienced Service Manager for its Suzuki Alberton dealership.
This role requires a strong leader with proven dealership service management experience, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
• Proven Service Manager experience within a franchised motor dealership
• Strong references (will be verified)
• Solid understanding of workshop operations, CSI, productivity, and profitability
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet manufacturer standards
• Suzuki experience will be a strong advantage, but is not essential
Key Responsibilities
• Overall management of the service department
• Drive workshop efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Ensure manufacturer compliance and CSI targets are met
• Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Maintain high standards of customer service and quality control
