🔧 BMW F30 320d — 200,000 km Mechanical Baseline & Preventative Maintenance 🛠️👨🔧

- Engine oil drained, new MANN oil filter + O-ring + sump plug crush washer
- New engine air filter, activated-carbon cabin filter, and diesel fuel filter
- Full diagnostic scan + historical fault check
- Engine oil service reminder reset ✅
⚙️ ZF 8HP Transmission Service:
- Gearbox data pulled first via diagnostics to confirm safe to service
- Old fluid drained, original oil pan and filter assembly removed
- Mating surfaces cleaned, valve body area carefully wiped down
- New oil pan with integrated filter fitted, bolts torqued to specification ✅
- Filled with Motul ATF, final temperature-based fill and level-setting completed
- Result: engagement into Reverse and Drive noticeably smoother, gearbox refined ✅
⚙️ Rear Differential Service:
- Old fluid drained, refilled with Motul Gear Oil ✅
🔍 Inspection & Extras:
- Full underbody, suspension and drivetrain inspection ✅
