Cerebral Palsy Annual Ride

Every year, I am reminded of just how proud I am to be a Steelwing.

Words cannot describe the feeling of seeing the smiles on these incredible children’s faces as the sound of roaring motors fills the air and the excitement builds around them. It is something truly special, and a reminder of what this event is really about, bringing joy, creating memories,

This year’s event was attended by multiple chapters, along with Rolling Thunder MC and Rotary Club of Sandton, all coming together to ensure we never disappoint the children who look forward to this day each year. What started 27 years ago through the vision of founder Niall Bernic and the late Johnny Miller of Rolling Thunder MC, together with Rotary International, has grown into a meaningful tradition built on compassion, brotherhood, and community spirit.

I would personally like to thank every single person who attended and supported the day - Steelwings, Rolling Thunder, Rotary Club of Sandton and all the friends who answered the call.

You gave your time selflessly, not for recognition or spotlight, but for the pure joy of giving and seeing happiness in others. That kind of humanity is rare, and it deserves to be acknowledged.

For that, I am truly grateful and forever in your debt.
