Vw polo 1.9 tdi big turbo

Vehicle came in with rough idle/miss fire
After some diagnosing, we found the vehicle had worn through the top of the hydraulic lifters, resulting in damage to camshaft, camshaft bearings and hydraulic lifters.

Replaced the following

➡️Camshaft with a high performance 272 veicomer camshaft
➡️Nitrated hydraulic lifters
➡️Oem camshaft, rocker and injector bolts
➡️Injector seals
➡️Camshaft bearings
➡️Cambelt
➡️Seals and gaskets

These wheels are from the Donz Pro Series collection

They are forged cast one piece wheels with the 2 piece split wheels look and style.

Overhaul wheel are in good condition.
They do have some light scratches.
They have never being fixed or refurbished.

➡️8.5j all round

Vw golf mk1 Velocity

Vehicle came in for oil light on when idling and tik in the engine

Upon further inspection, we found low oil pressure on idle with only 70% of recommended oil pressure through out the rev range.

The engine tik was caused by damaged/worn hydraulic cam followers due to there being insufficient oil pressure.

The bottom end was inspected, showed no signs of damage or accesive wear.

➡️Fitted a new Pierburg oil pump
➡️Fitted a new set of Ina hydraulic cam followers with new valve cover gasket
➡️Cleaned and sealed the sump
➡️ Service
➡️Fixed up some wiring
➡️Replaced water fl**ge on the front of cylinder head due to being cracked.

This velo is ready to hit the road once again, being the awesome daily driver it is.
