Rent to Own is just like finance. Only that the monthly installment fee is a little higher and it takes 60 months(5years) to finish paying. It also comes with a deposit and monthly installments depending on your salary and credit record. With rent to own even if you are blacklisted or have bad credit record, we can still get you a deal. Before we start anything, we will have to apply for a pre-approval to check if you qualify first. In order to do so, we will need the following:
1. Full Name (the one that is on your ID)
2. ID Number
3. Email Address
4. Net Income (Monthly Salary after Deduction) and
5. Cell Phone Number
We will enter into the system with your details(ID number, Full name, Salary, Cell number and Email). When you're approved then we look for a car of your choice within the amount you've been approved for. Each approved amount comes with a deposit and installment. NOTE: The monthly installment fee is a package (It includes Insurance, Tracker, Warranty and Vat). You pay it once and don't have to worry about all four again
Once you agrees with the installment fee and deposit, we look for a car of your choice within the amount approved. You then come view, test drive and if you are ok with the car, you send us your ID copy, Driver's License copy 3 months bank statement and Proof of residence to proceed. Again, it must be a Driver's License copy and not learners. Minimum amount (Salary) for Rent to Own must be at least ten thousand rand (R 10 000). They approved as high as R350K and above. So, if the approved amount does not amount to the price of the car you want, you can increase your deposit. Thus, if you want a car of R 120K and you've been approved for R 100k amount, you will have to increase your deposit with R 20k plus the initial deposit to complete the amount in order to enable you own the car.
