Honestly the biggest thieves we as a business have dealt with
We are an Automotive Customs shop and we ordered a Grill for a car
We were sent a grill (which we paid in full) that was broken
Asked them politely (multiple times) to kindly take the part back and refun
We were met with a complete lack of co-operation
We were ignored completely
Our owner spoke to a guy named Seshen who basically just made false promises and told the ownere to take him to court if he wants as he will not refund and insulted the owner by saying he has “the nerve to ask him for a refund”
It is such a sad reality that people like this run businesses and without trying to badmouth someone, it is strongly advised NOT to deal with them as this is certainly not fair practice and quite honestly, just plain shamefull
