HAVE YOU CHECKED YOUR TIRE PRESSURE TODAY?
Hello guys I welcome you all to another episode of AGMs tips on tyre care. Remember we're just a phone call away/a few minutes drive to handle your tyres or rim problem.
Checking your tyre's air pressure from time to time is a practice every driver should do because when you don't, your tyres suffer the consequences if they're not properly inflated. Stay with me;
When your tyre pressure is insufficient (image 1) your tyre eats on the corners leaving the middle. If you notice this you have to get it fixed. It makes driving hard as the steering becomes a bit heavy.
When your tyre is over inflated (image 3) the middle part of your tyre finishes very fast. This situation also makes driving uncomfortable and your tyre's lifespan is greatly reduced. Moreover your tyre risks bending or exploding.
1mage 2 shows how your tyre looks when inflated properly. The tyre finishes as it should, your ride is enjoyable and most importantly your tyre last longer.
Most of ours roads in Cameroon are very poor, characterised by potholes and very rough terrain. For tyres to last longer drivers need to properly inflate them. Personally I've received numerous complains from drivers because they're buying tyres too often. The problem isn't the tyre, our roads are.
