Administrator
• Ordering supplies from suppliers for the workshop
• Following up on orders from suppliers for the workshop
• Complete and capture daily job cards
• Compile quotations for customers
• Compile invoices for customer submission
• Recon payments against invoices
• Follow up on workshop job cards completion
• Filing of all invoices and receipts
• General admin work
• Doing stock take once a month
• Be proficient in word and excel
• Very good verbal, telephonic, email and social communication skills
• Team player (communication essential with workshop team, customers, suppliers and management)
• Must have drivers licence and own vehicle

Previous experience required:
1. Office administrative experience
2. Basic book keeping and accounts
3. Filing
4. Quotation and invoicing
5. Automotive administrative experience. (Advantageous)
6. Planning, organising, proactive, shows initiative, go getter.
