Nissan YD25DDTI came in on a flate bed upon inspection we diagnosed that the exhaust valve droppped due to a worn cam.

This caused catastrophic failure and resulted in damaged piston, damaged injector, damaged valves, damaged camshafts, damaged cylinder head.

GT performed a complete overhaul replacing all internals aswell as a turbo rebuild to get this vehicle back to normal.

2014 Toyota Hilux 2WD gearbox in for reconditioning.

These gearboxes are generally strong and do not fail this one had an oil leak and ran out of oil causing the 5th gear bearing to fail.

Upon diagnoses GT discovered the shaft on the turbine wheel had snapped in half due to incorrect oil viscosity. Gt performed a turbo rebuild as well as serviced the vehicle.

First car to start off 2022.

This Suzuki swift came in for a passenger door not being able to lock upon inspection we came to find out the mechanism was damaged internally at GT we mananged to repair the mechanism and saved our client a couple thousand rands.
