What You'll Do: Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing guidance on suitable cars from our inventory.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the features and specifications of our car inventory, ensuring you can confidently convey the value of each vehicle to potential buyers.Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to test drives and finalizing the sale. Explain financing options and warranty programs to meet their needs.Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.Negotiation: Demonstrate effective negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both the customer and the dealership.Paperwork and Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transaction for the customer. What Sets You Apart: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and market trends will be a plus.Computer literate with good administration and attention to detail skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Excellent negotiation skills.A valid SA driver's license.
