Available Positions:
✨️Front Office Reception✨️
✔️ Daily operational front office duties, must have prior panel-shop experience and must be proficient on Dr Smash, Audatex and insurance online platforms
✔️Relevant experience a must.
✔️Manage client expectations at front desk
✔️Manage scheduling of appointments
✔️Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔️Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
✔️Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.
✔️Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
✔️Team player with a proactive work ethic
✔️Willingness to Learn
