Vacancy exists for a hands-on workshop foreman in the armature winding sector. Experience must include but not limited to the following:
Must have 10 to 15 years' experience with knowledge of
AC & DC electric motors,
single phase and 3 phase generators,
Inline and submersible pumps,
single phase & 3 phase transformers,
different types of stationary magnetic coils for brakes & clutches,
balancing of rotating equipment,
repairs and certification of flame proof, spark proof and dust ignition proof motors,
conversant with all types of winding data & their applications,
conversion of windings to customer's request,
switch gear for the electrical operation of all rotary & static equipment repairs,
generate failure reports and conduct RCA on assessments,
work to IEC standards regarding mechanical repairs & tolerances for different applications.
