MICO KZN is looking for a Junior Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in the new year and help supply the essential airbrakes and friction components that keep heavy duty vehicles safe and moving. Duties will include (but not limited to ) :
* Managing inbound calls, emails, and order requests
* Coordinate with freight companies and despatch to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
* Assist senior sales staff with quotes, maintain good client relationships, and follow-ups
* Grow your product knowledge in braking systems and friction technologies
We are looking for someone who is confident and driven, has strong communication skills and, can multi task and be organised and have a customer first mindset. A hunger to learn and grow in the industry and having a good team spirit and attitude is very important. Experience and knowledge in sales and automotive parts is a plus but not required. On the job training will be provided. Own transport is essential. Salary will be discussed during the interview.
