PURCHASING PROCEDURE
1. We have to secure the car with a holding deposit, it is not an extra charge it's deducted from the actual selling price and it's refundable should you have a change of mind.
2. You will send the proof of payment to your personal sales Rep to capture it
3. We will move the vehicle to a sold area till you have time to come viewing and test drive it. We keep the vehicle in our warehouse for 21 working days without charging a storage fee, the storage fee is chargeable should you not collect your car within 21 working days .
SECURITY FEE
● SECURITY fee is the deposit payable to secure the vehicle to be removed out of the selling list and be marked as SOLD. The vehicle will be removed out of our entire marketing platform and be taken to the preview room where the client will be given an access to view and test drive
IS THE SECURITY FEE REFUNDABLE?
● should the client be unhappy with the vehicle he/she will be given 2hours to view and test drive any of the vehicles we have in our field.
If the client can't find vehicle that catches his/her eyes, the security fee will be 100% refunded to the client's account immediately before the client leaves our premises.
