One of our recent very big jobs successfully completed!

Suzuki M50 Boulevard 800 2008

We Replaced Engine Gaskets because of heavy oil leaks; Both Cylinders, Clutch Cover Gasket, Magneto Cover Gasket. We also replaced the x2 timing chains, upon assembly we had to lap/seat all the valves & set the timing.

We also repaired stripped sparkplug threads with inserts & replaced damaged water hoses on engine.

We are happy with the end result.

The joy of seeing the customer face when you drop off his baby. This Bike stood for 6 months after it suddenly decided not to start one morning. Turns out with previous TLC the workshop (not us) accidentally did not clip the bracket that hold the pressure regulator on the fuel pump properly. This fell out inside the tank and caused a pressure leak leading to the jets not spraying properly. Teri’s bike shop picked up the motorcycle and dropped it at a very happy customers house the next day. The Busa is purring like a kitten again.
