("King Long") is dedicated to research and development, manufacture and sales of coaches, buses and mini vans. s Manufacturing Base. These bases cover a total land area of 800,000 m2 and annually produce 25,000 buses and coaches as well as 30,000 mini vans, offering lengths ranging from 4.8m to 18m. King Long vehicles are widely applied for passenger transport, tourism, groups/organizations, public transit and special vehicle purposes. King Long has its own R&D and testing institutions approved by the State, such as Corporate Technical Centre, Postdoctoral Scientific Research Workstation, as well as Safety & Energy-Saving Testing Centre, which bring together 600 technical elites in the industry. King Long ranks Top 1 in the industry in terms of corporate R&D strength and product technology level. Since its establishment, King Long has achieved an annual average sales growth of 34%, producing over 250,000 buses accumulatively. In 2013, King Long (excluding its subsidiaries) sold 32,824 buses of various types, with a sales turnover exceeding RMB 9.081 billion, including an overseas sales turnover of over RMB 2.1 billion. King Long enjoys the reputation of "National Vehicle" for China. In 2011, King Long's brand value exceeded RMB 10 billion, and King Long was listed among "Top 100 Most Valuable Chinese Brands". King Long has successfully provided official bus services for China's National Two Sessions for 12 straight years, in addition to many international conferences or large-scale events such as Beijing Olympic Games, World Expo Shanghai, Guangzhou Asian Games, FIFA World Cup South Africa, Singapore Youth Olympic Games, etc. In 2008, King Long was praised by the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the Olympiad for its outstanding performance of Zero Failure Operations of 2,000 Buses for 60 Days. In overseas markets, King Long buses are widely recognized by users from five continents; King Long is the first Chinese manufacturer entering the EU market and has participated in the Busworld Europe on behalf of Chinese bus industry for five consecutive times. King Long won the BAAV Award "Bus Builder of the Year 2010" and became a global mainstream bus brand.
