​Brake Fluid
Often overlooked despite being a direct safety component, brake fluid transfers hydraulic pressure from your pedal to the brakes. Replacing it every 2 years guarantees solid, responsive stopping power when you need it most.
​Transmission and Power Steering Fluids
Automatic transmission fluid handles immense heat and pressure to shift gears, while power steering fluid ensures smooth steering control. Servicing these fluids periodically (every 60,000 to 100,000 kilometers) protects intricate gears and expensive hydraulic pumps from premature failure.

Brake fluid is hygroscopic, meaning it naturally absorbs moisture from the atmosphere over time. As moisture content increases, the fluid's boiling point drops significantly. Under hard braking, this trapped moisture can boil and turn into compressible v***r pockets. This creates a soft, spongy brake pedal and severely degrades stopping performance. Regularly checking the moisture percentage with a digital tester can prevent sudden brake fade.
