The Land Rover Defender is built for ultimate utility, but factory restrictions and emissions systems consistently compromise its power delivery and long-term reliability.

This Defender came into our workshop for a mechanical and electronic upgrade. We addressed the exhaust restrictions first by replacing the factory setup with a custom stainless steel downpipe, drastically improving gas velocity and dropping thermal loads.

To safeguard the engine against future mechanical failures and inefficiencies, we performed a complete EGR and DPF code out. We then finalised the build with ATM's Stage 1 software calibration, optimizing the parameters to extract maximum efficiency and power from the unrestricted hardware.

The outcome is an immediate, definitive transformation: a massive surge in low-down torque, crisp throttle response, and a powertrain engineered for absolute reliability under any conditions.

This Porsche 911 GTS (991.2) came to us for a significant upgrade in power and acoustics. Our workshop removed the restrictive factory exhaust components, replacing them with high-efficiency catless downpipes to maximise gas velocity directly from the turbos. Improving response, turbo spool time and top end acceleration.

We finalised the setup by installing a RaceChip GTS Black module, complete with wireless app integration for customisable driving modes. This setup perfectly bridges the gap between raw hardware capabilities and daily driveability, delivering crisp power gains without compromising the vehicle's factory reliability.

This Mercedes-Benz Vito came into the workshop needing serious mechanical attention to get its efficiency back on track. We got straight to work, executing a full turbo-build using quality component's and performing a complete DPF delete to permanently clear out the heavily restricted exhaust tract.

Once the mechanical baseline was perfect, we dialed in our custom ATM Stage 1 software calibration. The result is a massive improvement in long-term reliability, smooth power delivery, and a much more responsive drive.

This stock SVR came to us for a serious mechanical and electronic upgrade. The plan was straightforward: maximise the boost capacity and back it up with precision tuning.

We installed an upgraded supercharger pulley to increase blower speed and force more air into the engine, then flashed ATM's Stage 2 software calibration to tie the entire setup together safely. This allows the engine to fully utilise all that extra air, unleashing a massive jump from the factory 423kW and 790Nm up to a relentless 453kW and 880Nm.

By changing the pulley ratio and rewriting the ECU mapping, we completely transformed the power delivery. The acceleration is now instant, relentless, and exactly how a supercharged V8 should feel when you step on the gas.

This Land Cruiser LC79 4.5l V8 was previously tuned elsewhere, but the owner wasn't happy. The power delivery was rough, and it was smoking far too much. It already had a 4-inch exhaust, a heavy-duty upgraded clutch, and a stainless steel snorkel installed, the previous map was just missing the mark.

We deleted the old file and started fresh with ATM's software. Our custom calibration smoothed out the power delivery and sorted the fueling to stop the smoking, making the most of that V8 grunt without pushing the engine into unsafe territory.

Another Ranger in the workshop for an ATM software upgrade. We loaded our tried and tested ATM Stage 1 calibration onto this 2019 Stormtrak and handled the EGR code-out while it was here. Did the due diligence and datalogged it under load and made sure we are happy.

The 2.0Bi-Turbo motors have decent power out the box, but a proper ATM software calibration completely changes how they deliver torque. We dialed this one in to a safe, reliable 183 kW and 613 Nm, making a massive difference to how it will pull when loaded up or towing.

Our JHB team did the heavy lifting on the initial hardware: Fitting a hybrid turbo, a full exhaust, an upgraded intercooler, and stainless intake/boost pipes.

Now that the owner is based in Cape Town, he brought it to our workshop to squeeze a bit more out of it. We added a Water-Meth setup and dialed the tune in for the coastal air.

When a software setup misses the mark, it’s a waste of time and money.
This GR Yaris came to us underwhelmed by a previous map from elsewhere, so we deleted the previous tune and started fresh.

We installed a stainless steel catless downpipe and a Forge Motorsport carbon fiber intake and dialed it all in with our custom ATM Stage 2 Protune.

The car now pushes a healthy 251 kW and 510 Nm of usable, reliable power. It’s the driving experience the customer originally wanted, finally delivered.
