Porsche Cayman R with 61033 Km in for a Major & Gearbox Service. The battery was replaced with a Bosch 70Ah AGM and coded. The brake fluid was flushed with Dot 5.1. The Cayman R then received some TLC maintenance with the lower front foglight grille and windshield wipers replaced.

Cinderella Transformation of a VW Golf 7R with 156790 Km.
We were asked to assist in restoring the Golf 7R after is stood for a while due to engine trouble. The timing chain, tensioners, slide rails and sprockets were changed including the oil chain drive. The cam follower had wear and swopped out for a new one. This was followed by a carbon clean and cleaning of the 4 GDI injectors and 4 PFI injectors. Once that was done, we completed a full major service and brake fluid flush. Externally, new side mirrors were fitted as well as the rear R badge and R wheel centre caps. The headlight washer units had to be replaced together with the junction O-ring between the upper and lower window washer reservoirs. The battery was replaced with a Bosch 70Ah battery and coded.

Porsche Cayenne V6 Diesel 92A with 137144 Km in for a Carbon Clean, Injectors Clean and Starter Relay replacement. The Client required preventative maintenance and mentioned that the engine took longer to start. Upon inspection we noted that oil sweat on the Cylinder Head Covers were also present. We proposed to take out the injectors, give it a proper clean and fit new seals, together with seals all round the Cylinder Head Covers. The carbon clean went as planned, once we attempted the start the engine after bleeding the fuel circuit, we ran into trouble. The diagnostic scan presented a P253500 Starter relay circuit short to battery. The 614 relay was replaced and the engine started first try. Sigh of relief for that curve ball!! Glad we could assist in keeping the Cayenne in shapeđź‘Ť

BMW 320i G20 with 79000kms. Explain this oil sludge to me?? The engine will require a full flush , the sacrificial oil and filter before we can fill with Liqui Moly Top Tec 4200 5W30.

Audi RS4 B7 with 134200Km on the clock came in for a carbon clean and preventative maintenance. All the usual suspects in gaskets in the V and oil filter housing have been replaced. The Owner opted for new injectors all around. We installed a new PCV, vacuum solenoid and new O-rings on both HPFP. The job was finished by replacing the spark plugs with NGK R Double Platinum and a new fuel filter, oil filter and fully synthetic Wolf 5W40 oil.
