This BMW X2 now has a fully custom valved exhaust setup designed to give the owner two very different personalities at the push of a button. 😈

With a catless 76mm downpipe, 63mm exhaust system, valved rear silencer, and a Stage 1 tune by Motorsport, beast mode brings the attitude, including a few extra pops and bangs. 💥

Add the custom split rear exit, gloss-black diffuser work by , and those monstrous 127mm tailpipes, and this X2 has been completely transformed.

🔥 From idea to full-house transformation.

This BMW X2 came in for a complete custom exhaust setup, and the result is anything but subtle. 😎

We fabricated a catless 76mm downpipe, paired it with a 63mm system, and added a valved rear silencer so the driver can switch between “baby” and “beast” at the push of a button. 🔧

To complete the look, we worked with to modify the rear diffuser for a split exit on both sides, finished in gloss black and topped off with a pair of massive 127mm tailpipes.

The software side was handled by Motorsport, with a cat delete, Stage 1 tune, and a few extra pops and bangs for beast mode. 💥

A wild transformation, and exactly the kind of build we love being part of.

🏁 Built to be heard.

Another awesome-looking build from Kings Auto Body Shop came through the workshop, already fitted with a set of headers, so our job was to take care of the rest. 🔧🔥

We fabricated the connecting pipes and built a single 76mm exhaust system, finished with that unmistakable -style side exit just ahead of the right rear wheel and neatly through the car’s sill.

The result? A proper race-car setup that looks the part and should sound even better at full throttle. 😎

Keep an ear out for this one at the next oval track event. You’ll probably hear it before you see it! 🏎️💨

🔊 Quiet when you want it. Sporty when you don’t.

This Porsche Cayman S came to us looking for a sportier exhaust note, but with one important requirement: the owner still wanted the option to keep things civil when needed. 😎

We sourced and fitted a set of remote-operated bypass valves, creating a valve-controlled take on the well-known “Gundo hack”. With the valves closed, the car retains its original exhaust character. Open them up, and you get that more exciting sports-car soundtrack. 🙌

Getting the system installed neatly meant removing the underbody covers and carefully running the vacuum lines all the way to the front boot, where we installed the compressor and tucked the control box away out of sight near the CD shuttle. It takes extra time, but doing it properly is worth it. 🔧

The result? Weekend fun when you want it and the ability to sneak out early without waking the neighbours. 😂
