Godrich Toyota is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team!
Requirements:
✅ Grade 12
✅ Previous Service Advisor or Parts Sales experience
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✅ Computer literate with motor industry DMS experience
✅ Toyota experience advantageous
✅ Valid driver’s licence
✅ Must reside in Bronkhorstspruit
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Assist customers with vehicle service and maintenance requirements
🔹 Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders
🔹 Provide accurate estimates and explain repairs and costs
🔹 Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
🔹 Monitor repair progress and communicate updates
🔹 Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
🔹 Ensure accurate administration and record keeping
