George motor show 2025, a full day of walking around looking at cars and motorcycles.just a couple of cars that caught my eye, and yes not all are British and yes some are modified slightly. But in all I am truly happy to see so many people out and about enjoying their cars and staging them for all to see.

So the second day went swimmingly.......................
Until it didn't
Overheated the brakes on the xj6 on the mountain pass coming into George
Lost all the brakes
Was a bit of a pucker up moment
But managed to get it under control.
Dot 4 brake fluid bled through the system and I've got brakes again.

On our way to the George motor show. Currently at the halfway mark. Our weapons of choice. A 3.4 Jaguar s-type and a series 2 Jaguar XJ6. We've done about 600kms today and about 600kms to go. Driving a classic for a long distance is something that everyone has to experience at least once . What a experience

Another S-type Saved. This old farm girl received a full nut and bolt restoration, and has turned out exceptional.
We are extremely pleased with the end product.
We thank our client for entrusting us with his project and wish
Him Many happy kilometers. This car was built to be driven
and we know it will be enjoyed thoroughly

And so the winter starts . With the cold creeping in and memory's of cold hands working with cold tools in a metal shed comes to mind, I have to say that through it all , I still love my job

This MkII originally Came in for a Mechanical Refresh and it escalated pretty quickly. We ended up gettting the vehicle mechanically sorted, fixed some small rust issues, fixed some cracked paint and did a blow over. she looks awsome
