Today we have Ruan's Mk1...Ruan contacted me all the way from a town in the Western Cape called Groot Brak Revier, for those that don't know, it's located on the N2 between Mossel Bay & George. Ruan requested a set of leads for his 2.0 8v setup, a set that I build quite often & yields great results & Ruan's setup benefitted just like the rest!

Good evening Peeps!

Contemplating what that next mod is going to be?

My proposition is simple, yet without it all the mods you do will be pointless...an absolutely critical part of the combustion equation...you need an air/fuel mix, you need compression & then you need combustion...we are quick to add the air/fuel mix & up the comp, through high comp pistons or adding boost, which forces more air/fuel into the cylinders...but we need an ignition source & that's where I come in...if you want to make sure that your spark never falls short, then let's chat about an ignition system that will deliver, all day, everyday!

Craig needed an upgrade, his setup...an old school Toyota 2T setup, but upgraded with a set of throttles, converted to fuel injection & running a Golf 4 Tower coil.

I hooked him up with a set of MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor leads, built according to his specs & the car is running perfectly 👌🏽⚡️💪🏾

Hey peeps!

Hope that you guys are well & had a productive week!

Today I present to you one of the top runners in the Nitro R32 Golfs... Farhad from Rojan Engines & tuned by ERF Racing.

Farhad requested a set of MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor leads when he upgraded to set of IGN1A smart coils

Farhad run a best time of 10.3s to date & I am looking forward to seeing this setup crack the 9s!

Darryl September from Dworks Vehicle Maintenance & Detailing & a friend of mine for a while, requested a set of leads for a Honda D Series that he was working on, so he dropped the leads off for the rebuild.

Hope that everyone is doing well on this winter's morning...a bit cold & wet in Cape Town

It's not always that I share my builds on this platform, but so excited for this drag car update...yes, this is my personal vehicle, got it when I was 21 & I turned 40 this year.

This post is to give a shoutout to Jody Van Schoor aka JVS Tuning aka JVS 3D. a big shoutout for the 3D parts supplied to mount the FuelTech FT450 & steering wheel.

Shoutout to Angri Racing for the ATS Motorsports quick release hub

Special shoutout to Coeraad Lourens for the interior spray work! It came out stunning bru!

Now we can focus on moving onto the engine bay & getting the heart of the beast into place & getting the plumbing sorted!

Can't wait for the next steps!

Huge congratulations to Suren, Naveshan & team from SNB Freight with their awesome R32 Mk1 Golf running the quickest time in the World for a NA VR6 of just 9.565s!

This class has been on fire & Naveshan has been pushing for the record, while ot didn't come at Killarney, the lit up.the strip yesterday at Dezzi Raceway in Port Shepstone, KZN!
