Eco Wash
The self-contained MDU includes all the necessary elements to ensure premium exterior hand car washes. The system does not have to be connected to water or electricity supplies, it is totally self-sufficient and is able to work all day without being refilled.
The MDU is very reliable, durable and attractive. It has two storage devices, a retractable helicoil hose, a pistol nozzle, compartments for accessories, manual sprayers, a low-pressure supply system and many other features.
The MDU contains biodegradable products that are not harmful to the environment. It saves water by using a minimal 300ml of liquid instead of 250 litres used in conventional car washes. The units are fully independent and will not leave foam, water or dirt on the floor.
HOW IT WORKS
The MDU uses a specially formulated wash&wax product that is sprayed onto the vehicle. This lifts and encapsulates the dirt on the vehicle upon contact. The encapsulated dirt is then removed (gently wiped) with a microfibre cloth without scratching the vehicle and the vehicle is then buffed with a secondary cloth to give it a beautiful shine.
Just one person operates a MDU and the average time to wash a vehicle is 30 minutes. The simple concept behind the Eco Mobile dispensing system is the fact that cars can be washed wherever they are parked, eliminating the conventional wash bay system as no water or waste traps are required. Furthermore, at motor dealers and repair centres, vehicles can be cleaned quickly – prior to being serviced, saving time.
