4JJ3 Isuzu D-MAX – Stage 1 + Gearbox Calibration 💪
These 4JJ3 D-MAXs are a solid platform, but from factory they can feel seriously underwhelming — especially once you start adding the extra weight that comes with a proper touring setup.

This one came to us carrying a fair bit of additional load, making the lack of factory response even more noticeable.

We dialled it in with our custom Stage 1 ECU tune and gearbox calibration, bringing in stronger low-down and mid-range torque, sharper throttle response and much better overall drivability. The gearbox calibration ties it all together with smoother shift points and better use of the additional torque.

The customer is still busy building this rig with plenty more modifications to come, so this isn't the end of the story. Once the next round of supporting mods are fitted, it'll be coming back to us to upgrade the tune and take it to the next level.

For now — safe, reliable gains that make a heavily loaded D-MAX a hell of a lot nicer to drive.

2019 Toyota Hilux N80 Gen 2 – Full Stage 2 Package 💪

Another Gen 2 N80 in for the full Boostech Stage 2 treatment — one of the platforms we know extremely well.

The gearbox in these Hiluxes is strong and reliable from factory, but from a drivability perspective, there is plenty of room for improvement — and that's where our gearbox calibration comes in.

We dialled in the shift points to make better use of the extra torque, hold the right gear when needed and stop unnecessarily revving its guts out before changing up. The end result is a gearbox that feels smoother, smarter and far better matched to the engine.

Paired with our Stage 2 ECU calibration and supporting modifications, this Hilux now has considerably stronger low and mid-range torque, sharper throttle response and effortless pulling power — without chasing stupid numbers.

Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0TT V6 🔥

The European-spec Raptor comes heavily detuned from factory at just 292hp — compared to the full-fat 292kW / 391hp version offered in markets such as South Africa and Australia.

With a couple of supporting hardware upgrades already in place, we calibrated this one into the 470hp region — a serious jump over the restricted European output. 👊

We also fitted a front levelling kit, getting rid of the factory nose-down stance and getting the Raptor sitting exactly how it should.

When you specialise in them, build them every week and have customers continually trusting you with their V6s, there aren't many other ways to introduce the next one.
We could find a more creative phrase…

2014 Toyota Prado N70 – Stage 1 + Gearbox Calibration 💪

This 2014 Prado N70 came in loaded up with camping and touring gear, adding plenty of extra weight. Like many of these Prados, it was constantly hunting through the gears and felt sluggish, especially when carrying the extra load.

We fitted it with our custom Stage 1 tune, gearbox calibration, and finished it off with our signature hardcut limiter.

The difference is exactly what you'd expect — stronger low-down torque, smoother gear changes, sharper throttle response and a Prado that now holds gears properly instead of constantly searching for them. It feels like a completely different vehicle, whether it's loaded up for a trip or being driven around town.
The hardcut limiter gives it the perfect finishing touch, while the tune remains focused on safe, reliable power that's there when you need it most.
