To be able to make accurate movements is such a natural part of our daily activities that we rarely think of the many acts we perform in order to be integrated into social life. Some children can't do it without special help. At TherapyWorx, we know how children develop. If your child has delays in development early intervention produces the best results. Early intervention allows therapists to work with children through the crucial stages of gross and fine motor, oral and language development.

This month, we wear gold for the little warriors, the brave families beside them, and every healthcare professional who forms part of their journey. 💛

Behind every NICU door is a story of courage.

A tiny baby learning to navigate the world sooner, or under more challenging circumstances, than expected. A parent sitting beside an incubator, celebrating grams gained, feeds finished and the smallest milestones. And a healthcare team working together to give that little person the very best start possible. 🤍

At TherapyWorx, multidisciplinary care is at the heart of what we do. We understand that the journey doesn’t necessarily end when a baby leaves the NICU. For some families, it is just the beginning of a new chapter.

As babies grow, different members of the healthcare team may play a role in supporting feeding, movement, development, communication, sensory processing, growth and overall wellbeing.
