Ready to take the next step in your career?

Gearboxes A-Z is seeking an experienced drivetrain technician who wants to take on greater responsibility while remaining hands-on in the workshop.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the repair and assembly of commercial vehicle gearboxes, differentials and drivetrain components across multiple brands, such as ZF, Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, Isuzu and Hino.

The role includes:

* Diagnosing, repairing and assembling drivetrain components.
* Supporting and mentoring apprentices to develop their practical skills and confidence.
* Assisting with workshop administration, job documentation and day-to-day coordination.
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and teamwork.

We’re looking for someone with sound technical knowledge, good communication skills and a willingness to develop their leadership abilities.

We offer competitive remuneration, management training opportunities and the opportunity to grow into a more senior role.
