: 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 - 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗶𝟴 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽's Stephanie Cronning, currently training to qualify as a technician and as a systems technician — making her the first female systems technician — recently visited the Bosch Global training centre in Plochingen, Germany.

The visit offered valuable insight into Bosch's advanced systems, diagnostic and training equipment used to develop technicians for an increasingly technology-driven automotive industry, as well as the skills that will be needed as the industry moves towards electric vehicles and new vehicle technologies.

For Stephanie, the experience is about more than seeing the latest equipment. It is about building the technical knowledge and confidence to work with the systems that are shaping the future of vehicle servicing and repair.

Having more women entering technical automotive careers is an important part of building the next generation of automotive technicians.
