This brilliant high roof Nissan NV300 was in our workshop recently for a Lavaner Pro Diesel Heater installation.

The heater was installed neatly and safely under the drivers seat on a sealed turret plate through the van floor, with the hot air outlet blowing directly into the living area of the van.
Fuel for the heater is taken directly from the vehicle diesel tank, and power connected to the vehicles existing leisure battery.

The digital control panel with built in thermostat was installed on the kitchen unit upstand for ease of access, although the provided remote control keyfob will operate the heater from a great distance also.

This is just one of the hundreds of Lavaner diesel heaters we've now installed. The vans owner is overjoyed with the full process, and toasty warm too. :)

Another one of our 'flexible' solar panels installed to this colourful VW Transporter recently.

These panels are ideal for pop tops: lightweight and very low profile, meaning no extra height to the vehicle.
They come with a bluetooth MPPT solar charge controller, allowing monitoring of the incoming power from the solar panel, as well as detailed leisure battery information.

We stock various types of solar panel and charge controllers, enabling solar installation for all budgets and roof types.

This lovely VW T6 came to us for a few upgrades; electric hookup and leisure battery kit, swivel front seat bases with lowered handbrake, an external power outlet point under the van, a Reimo MultiRail awning rail, as well as a few other extra touches.

The electric hookup point was installed under the bonnet for ease of access. The leisure battery, DC to DC battery with solar charger, fuse boxes, mains 'smart' battery charger and all other associated electrics were neatly fitted under the drivers seat.
USB charging points in the B pillars and interior lighting connected to the leisure battery fuse box, along with the additional USB points, 12v outlet and voltmeter in the passenger seat base.
Mains sockets installed into the passenger seat base also, along with a waterproof mains outlet under the van below the sliding door, to enable connection of a surge protected mains extension cable, to plug in electrical accessories inside the owners drive away awning.

Swivel seat bases were installed to both front cab seats along with custom made carpeted seat base plinth covers.

We then installed a Reimo MultiRail, to allow the customer to easily and safely connect their driveaway awning to this amazing T6.

Another one of our diesel heaters installed into this lovely VW Transporter.
Our heaters take the fuel from the van's diesel tank rather than having an additional fuel tank inside the van; and are also remote control and come with a full warranty.

Harvest the sun's rays!

The owner of this stunning Transporter took advantage of one of our popular 175w solar panel installations, to keep their leisure battery in peak condition.

Installed onto the pop-top roof, with the wiring passed into the van neatly and securely.
All connected to a MPPT charge controller with Bluetooth support, allowing the user to monitor battery voltage and incoming watts from the panel, amongst other information, from their phone or tablet.

We stock many different panel sizes and types, both flexible and rigid... which can be installed on standard roof, fibreglass type high roof vehicles including motorhomes, and pop-top roofs.

Something a little different...
A Transit Custom, but with a false floor!

This van has a lowered floor as it previously had a wheelchair ramp installed.
Now the ramp has been removed, and the lowered floor 'boxed-in'... this gives an ideal place to hide a diesel heater!
Mounted through the floor on a sealed turret plate, plumbed in to the vehicles fuel tank and connected to the vans battery for its power source.
The air intake is recirculated from under the RnR bed, and the heat outlet placed in the floor between the cab seats, just behind the handbrake.

A bit of a tricky install with the van floor, fuel tank and exhaust all being previously modified... but with some careful planning, it worked out very well indeed!

A twin sliding door VW Transporter turned up at VanLife HQ recently for one of our very popular 2kw Lavaner Pro Diesel Heater installations.
We remove all of the vehicle under-trays from the van, then lower the fuel tank from the vehicle entirely and install a new feed pipe into the sender unit to provide diesel to the heater.
Then the heater is installed under the van, safely and neatly within the under-tray area, on one of our own stainless steel specific T5 & T6 heater mounts.
The air intake is installed into the drivers cab step to re-circulate the heated air, and the hot air outlet in this installation was passed up into the drivers side B pillar, with the vent outlet added internally, keeping the floor and rear of the drivers seat free in this instance.
Then all under-trays re-fitted, just leaving the heater exhaust (in heatproof fibreglass and silicone sleeving) protruding, to allow safe passage.
