⚠️ Customer Complaint: Unusual engine noise accompanied by the engine oil pressure warning light.

Upon inspection, we found severe engine sludge buildup restricting proper oil circulation. This caused a drop in oil pressure, preventing critical engine components from receiving adequate lubrication—leading to the unusual engine noise.

Inspection revealed severe pitting and erosion of the turbine wheel blades and VNT guide vanes, resulting in significant material loss. Turbocharger replacement is recommended, as the damaged variable geometry components can no longer provide accurate boost control.
