Vauxhall vivaro with the EDC17C84 ecu out and being read & written to using the AutoTuner tool, the parts out weighing the cost of the van a software fix was opted for.

We also pulled out a old diagnostic tool by autel just to see how it would perform on a newer type of van and performed really well.

Van was back on the road with in 45 mins of us turning up and carrying out the work required 😎.

The owner of this van has had a complete nightmare which all started from a basic solution… from being told cant do it with out doing a stage 1 remap as well…. 🤦‍♂️🥴, only to have piston failure not once but twice ! The term flash and dash definitely suited the previous “tuner” who apparently was there for all of 10 minutes & now cant be contacted since.

Carried out -> Diagnostics check found strange faults 🥴, software version check found it was 7 revisions out of date 🥴 coupled with a super agressive stage 1 🤯… put that into the mix and you get failure….

Ecu flashed to stock and up to date from BLM to BLT, another read of the ecu taken with updated software,then tuned with requested add ons to suit, followed by a road test with a comment of “this is completely different now” JOB COMPLETED 😎💪🏼

Recommendation booking, we had tuned this customers friends cars in the past and recommended us straight away. Brief conversation of what they wanted and a booking slot allocated, now got a extra 45 bhp and a whopping 100 nm torque! 📈😎😈🏎️💨

This Customer actually see us out and about doing what we do best and tuning vehicles, a brief conversation & booking slot later, what a night and day difference, they was over the moon and glad they chose us for the mapping & pre checks !

Follow up call greeted with “tt’s and 2L tfsi’s havnt got nothing on this now” thats enough said for us😎 remapped at your convenience-> proven on the road !

Another recommendation & opting for our mobile service, this work van was crying out for the power it deserved & coupled with a mpg improvement. We also carried out a software update before tuning after seeing it was 5 software versions out of date 😳. These 2.2 tdci’s & the 2.0L ecoblue transits really come to life after a remap.
