These are still completely functional Hooligan Wrap® products, just with a small cosmetic sewing imperfection. Every Hooligan Wrap® is sewn individually by hand, one at a time, not mass-produced on an assembly line, so occasionally there is a little sewing boo-boo along the way. 😄🧵
