1. Giám đốc Sản xuất – 01 người
- Chịu trách nhiệm điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động sản xuất tại nhà máy, đảm bảo chất lượng – tiến độ – chi phí tối ưu.
- Yêu cầu: Kinh nghiệm điều hành sản xuất quy mô lớn, có tư duy cải tiến và tổ chức.
2. Giám đốc Dịch vụ sửa chữa và Sau bán hàng – 01 người
- Phụ trách toàn bộ hoạt động bảo trì, dịch vụ khách hàng sau bán hàng, xây dựng quy trình và tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ.
- Yêu cầu: Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dịch vụ kỹ thuật, am hiểu cơ điện và chăm sóc khách hàng công nghiệp.
3. Quản đốc xưởng cơ khí chế tạo – 01 người
- Quản lý hoạt động gia công, tổ hợp cơ khí; đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Yêu cầu: Kỹ năng lãnh đạo tổ đội sản xuất, kinh nghiệm xưởng cơ khí thực tế.
4. Kỹ sư Điện – Điều khiển – 01 người
- Thiết kế, lắp đặt, lập trình và vận hành hệ thống điện – điều khiển trong nhà máy.
- Yêu cầu: Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành điện, tự động hóa, biết sử dụng PLC/SCADA là lợi thế.
5. Kỹ sư Công nghệ nhựa – sơn – 01 người
- Phụ trách quy trình kỹ thuật tạo hình và phủ sơn các chi tiết nhựa kỹ thuật.
- Yêu cầu: Có kiến thức về ép phun, sơn công nghiệp; ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm trong lĩnh vực xe máy/ôtô.
6. Kỹ sư R&D – 01 người
- Tham gia nghiên cứu phát triển sản phẩm mới; cải tiến sản phẩm, vật liệu và công nghệ.
- Yêu cầu: Nền tảng kỹ thuật vững, tư duy đổi mới sáng tạo, phối hợp chặt với các bộ phận sản xuất.

- Manage machining and mechanical assembly operations, ensuring quality and timely delivery of products.

4. Electrical & Control Engineer – 01 position
- Responsible for designing, installing, programming, and operating electrical and control systems in the factory.
- Requirements: Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering; experience with PLC/SCADA systems is an advantage.
5. Plastic Coating Technology Engineer – 01 position
- Manage technical processes related to molding and coating of technical plastic components.
- Requirements: Knowledge in injection molding and industrial coating; candidates with experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry are preferred.
6. R&D Engineer – 01 position
- Participate in the research and development of new products, improving existing materials, designs, and manufacturing technologies.
- Requirements: Strong technical background, creative thinking, and ability to collaborate with production teams.
