One night at midnight, we received a phone call from an international customer renting an electric motorbike from The Motorbike Station. Unfortunately, they had a minor accident with a car and were extremely scared in a foreign country late at night.

We immediately went to the scene.

Not only did we help them handle the situation that night, but we also negotiated with all parties involved, assisted with paperwork, and supported the customer through every issue that followed the accident. It took us nearly one month to fully resolve everything.

That is just one of thousands of stories behind every 5-star review on TripAdvisor and Google Maps.

The Motorbike Station has been operating for nearly 10 years and has proudly received 8 consecutive Travellers’ Choice Awards from TripAdvisor. But the journey to get here has never been easy.

We have had our Google Maps locations hacked.
Our business listings deleted.
Our maps merged incorrectly.
Our products copied.
And we have faced unfair price wars designed to pressure small businesses like ours.

Năm 2026 đánh dấu một cột mốc đặc biệt đối với The Motorbike Station khi chúng tôi vinh dự nhận giải thưởng cao quý Travellers’ Choice 2026 từ TripAdvisor – và đây đã là lần thứ 8 liên tiếp chúng tôi đạt được danh hiệu này kể từ năm 2019.

Hành trình của chúng tôi bắt đầu rất giản dị…

Năm 2017, chúng tôi thực hiện chuyến đi xuyên Việt và các nước Đông Nam Á bằng xe máy. Trong hành trình đó, chúng tôi đã nghe rất nhiều phản hồi từ bạn bè quốc tế về chất lượng dịch vụ thuê xe tại Việt Nam còn nhiều hạn chế: xe không đảm bảo, dịch vụ thiếu chuyên nghiệp, và trải nghiệm chưa thật sự an toàn.

Chính điều đó đã thôi thúc chúng tôi bắt đầu.
