A Heartfelt Goodbye and Best Wishes

We’ve had so many of our treasured clients asking about Jose, and we wanted to share some news. After being such an important part of Ernie’s Auto Service for so many years, Jose has taken the next step in his career and joined Paul's Bender Center.

While closing Ernie’s was one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make, knowing that Jose has found a place where he can continue to grow and sharpen his skills brings us so much comfort. From the very beginning, our hope was not only to have Jose as part of our team but to see him become a master mechanic — and we know he’s well on his way.

We’re so thankful for all the hard work, dedication, and heart Jose put into Ernie’s over the years. He’s not just a talented mechanic — he’s family. While this change is bittersweet, we know he’s going to thrive in this next chapter.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out and shown your support. Jose made a lasting impact, and we know many of you will miss him just as much as we will.

It’s with a heavy heart that we announce that Ernie’s Auto Service has closed its doors. Today was the last day for our incredible techs, and this was not an easy decision for us.

Renee and I (Heather) tried our hardest to keep the business going, with the unwavering support of our amazing team—Jose, Edith, Ricardo, Joseph, and Aaron—who gave their all every single day. We couldn’t have made it this far without them.

To our loyal customers—you’ve been more than just customers; you’ve been part of our Ernie’s family. Your trust, support, and kindness over the years have meant more than we can put into words.

This has been an incredibly difficult decision, but we are grateful for the years of memories and the relationships we’ve built along the way.
