✅Truth: YOU have the legal right to choose where your vehicle gets repaired - no matter what your insurance suggests.
🚫Myth 2: "I need to get three estimates."
✅Truth: One estimate is almost always enough. Modern vehicles are complex, and accurate pricing often isn't possible until some disassembly is done. The estimate is simply a starting point - your chosen shop and insurance can work together from there.
🚫Myth 3: "The first settlement offer is the best one."
✅Truth: Initial offers from insurers are often lowballs designed to close the case quickly. Once the vehicle is disassembled, hidden damage is common - and completely normal to update.
