This 2019 Ford F-Series Cab & Chassis came into Green Light Diesel Performance with an overboost condition that was repeatedly blowing charge air cooler boots.

After thorough diagnostics, We traced the issue to an internal failure within the factory VGT turbocharger.

To address the problem and improve overall performance, we installed an SPE Motorsports Strike S-1 VGT turbocharger, along with an upgraded SPE Motorsports silicone CAC hose.

With the new Strike S-1 turbocharger paired with the truck’s existing SPE Motorsports CP3 conversion and our revised calibration, this 6.7L Powerstroke is running stronger than ever, delivering excellent throttle response and consistent power.

2023 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke came in for a S&S DCR conversion, S&S fuel leak prevention kit along with a Fass 220 signature plus lift pump! We removed the factory water separator (lower fuel filter) because 4 fuel filters is overkill. We altered how the Fass system is routed and mounted to run without the lower filter housing intact. We also adjusted the customers tune file so the Water in Fuel codes are not present.

Clean Dash, Visual Appeal, and The Ultimate 6.7 Powerstroke Fuel System. This customer is setup for many problem free miles on this truck. Goodbye CP4, Hello S&S Diesel Motorsport DCR! Get ahold of us if this is something you want for your 6.7 Powerstroke!

GMC Topkick with a Cat 3126, unit came to quiet it down. We installed a 30in muffler before the stack. Truck got a check over and had a few issues that we corrected.

Bearing failure on the driver side kingpin so we installed new kingpins.

Leaking drive wheel seal, during that we found the rotor had needed replaced along with new bearings and races.
