Goodmorning all, we have a few updates for you this morning:

1. We have decided to take a break this upcoming week to recover from the support we have received these past two weeks, thank you to everyone who booked with us!

2. We have updated our advance booking time to minimum 6 hours for pick ups, and 12 hours for delivery. This allows us to ensure the vehicle will be in tip top shape and ready to go prior to your reservation.

3. Our delivery prices have been updated to reflect the previous pricing. Stay tuned for another special with free delivery to the Jacksonville Airport!

Our current vehicle took some damage from our last booking. If you currently have a booking, we will be reaching out within the next 24 hours to provide you the opportunity to continue with your booking, or assist you in finding another option.

Until this repair is completed, we will NOT be accepting any rental requests.

We apologize for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.

Thank you to everyone for your support. Whether you are booking, sharing posts, or telling your circle about us. I do want to share some information with you all, and I ask for your full understanding.

1. This is a rental car/ridesharing service. Please know this isn’t your personal car, whatever you do with your car is your business. However, be warned that damages, odors, uncleanliness will incur a few varying on multiple circumstances.
2. Because we may incur those incidents above, we may have to cancel your reservation. We refuse to be like most corporate rental companies that will flip a vehicle in less than an hour. We provide a full inspection for safety prior to allowing the next reservation to be published.
3. We have strict return policies. Sometimes, we may be able to extend with no issues, others we may not. We reserve the right to personally extract the vehicle if it is past the scheduled deadline without prior approval from both guests & host. All fees incurred for removal will be billed to guest.
4. Our prices are based on market/availability. Low market & high availability means lower prices. Peak times such as summer or city events may be a higher price bracket.
