Hey Everyone , just a note to let you know the insurance companies are trying to save more money by trying to make us use non certified aftermarket parts which do not meet safety standards for most vehicles built today. One way to assure your car is returned to pre accident condition is to pay a bit more for your insurance and get a OEM over-rider on your policy which requires the company to use only original equipment manufacturers parts.
This helps us return your auto back to the safety standards it was designed with to keep you safe in the event of an accident. The insurance companies are getting harder to deal with everyday and this small change will make your repair quicker and retain your vehicles value. Have a great day and thanks for your business.

By the way it is a good time to schedule your repair as the weather gets better and we are getting caught up on winter accidents!

Helpful information to our wonderful customers!

We know starting the process to get into a body shop after a claim can be pretty darn confusing at times, especially depending on which insurance company you have... So, here we are to try and clear some stuff up.

After filing a claim with State Farm or CSAA, you can request for them to send an "Open Shop Assignment'" to TNT directly. This will let us send over the estimate and photos through the CCC portal for the quickest approval.

If filing with other companies, they will most likely have you send them virtual photos or try to set up an inspection for an initial estimate (For an inspection, they usually see Siskiyou County location and change their minds due to far location-fair warning).
Once this is done they will send a check out and have created the estimate. Most of the time it is a low ball quote, since it is based off of photos alone. To start work at TNT we would then need to have a copy of this estimate, and to see the vehicle in person, to make any changes or requests to the insurance company that there may be.

After estimates or supplements are approved, we place the order for any parts and schedule you based off of part availability and our schedule!

Hello to all! TNT, wants to share some important and potentially helpful information. We have been informed by some customers that their insurance companies are referring them to the INSURANCES choice of auto body shop. No auto body insurance company can force a customer to repair at a certain facility. The CUSTOMER 100% has the right to decide! So, if this may happen to you, as the insured, you can tell them that this is illegal and is "Steering" . That being said, we hope this helps ease the stress or questions one may have while being told to drive to Oregon for repairs!
