Happy Labor Day from Lifted Lou’s!

Lifted Lou’s will be CLOSED today so our crew can relax, recharge, and spend a little time doing what we love outside the shop.

One perfectly placed rock was all it took to snap a valve stem and bring the adventure to a temporary stop. Lou was able to jump in and help get this Jeep rolling down the trail again.

It’s a good reminder that trail damage doesn’t always involve the big expensive parts. Sometimes the smallest piece can leave you sitting still.

Old School Cool is Back on the Road… almost!

This ’82 Grand Wagoneer originally came to us with a leaking gas tank. While we already had it on the lift, the owner decided it was the perfect time for a little extra upgrade with a BJ’s Full Sized Jeep Parts 2.5” lift! Next is a period correct set of wheels to be installed after they’re refinished to complete the nostalgic look.

Sometimes “while it’s already on the lift…” can turn out to be a pretty good idea!
