Are you passionate about helping people and delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team!

In this role, you'll:
• Provide exceptional customer support in person, by phone, and electronically
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience

We're looking for someone who is:
✔ Customer-focused and personable
✔ An excellent communicator
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is essential!
