Just recently I was involved in a hit and run accident. The driver was caught on camera. Va law requires anyone involved in a hit and run MUST stop. Failure to stop can result in a felony conviction, loss of points against your license and possible suspension.

Students under 18 receive a temporary license that does not exceed 180 days. This temporary license along with their learners permit becomes the license until they receive the permanent license in the mail. The temporary licenses has an effective date and an expiration date. If you have not received the permanent license in the mail at 150 days please contact our office at 7578902097. The DMV local offices will refer you back to us. We will contact DMV, Richmond on a secure email to request processing. This does not mean that we did not send the paperwork to DMV.

Virginia law requires motorist to move over for law enforcement, fire department, sheriff department, ambulances, tow truck any any other emergency vehicles. If you are unable to move over, then reduce your speed! Please give them room to do what is necessary

Virginia law states when yielding into a lane, you must wait until the white line becomes broken and safely move into the lane. Try not to take the merge lane all the way until it stops. If you use your signal with your intention to move over, most drivers will grant you the right away to enter.

My grand son has been selected again this year for All Star baseball. His team is doing a fundraiser to help with expenses.
